Super Eagles midfielder Joe Aribo started in Glasgow Rangers win over Motherwell at the Ibrox on Sunday.
Aribo started as the number ten for Rangers, who recorded their eight victory of the season to tied with Celtic at the top of the table.
Motherwell took the lead in the 21st minute and it could have been squared had James Tavernier converted his spot kick.
But the break through will eventually come in additional time before the break, hour mark, through Jermain Defoe.
Aribo was later replaced by Alfredo Morelos in the 71st minute.
Filip Helander will eventually score the winner for Rangers with eight minutes left in the game.
Aribo will be aiming to continue his new run of games for Rangers when they travel to Ross County for another league action on Wednesday.
