Al-Nassr of Saudi Arabia attacker, Ahmed Musa has put Friday’s Africa Cup of Nations last qualifier against Seychelles behind him, as he now turns attention to Tuesday’s international friendly with Egypt, and says the Super Eagles will soar again in Asaba.
Although footballlive.ng reports that The Pharaohs of Egypt will be at Stephen Keshi Stadium, Asaba without Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah and some other key players, Musa says it remains a match to talk about.
With that in mind, the Eagles’ stand-in captain took to social media to highlight the game, with a verdict that soar and stay strong in their build-up to AFCON 2019, which will be hoisted by their visitors.
The former Kano Pillars, VV Venlo of Holland, CSKA Moscow of Russia and Leicester City of England star hinted that the Eagles will bring out the uncanny Nigerian spirit to bear on Tuesday’s game in order to win.
He equally enjoined all their fans to troop out in large numbers at the arena named after late former Eagles skipper and captain, Stephen Okechukwu Keshi, as Musa assured that the team will go all out for victory again in the Delta State capital.
Musa posted: “We go again! Time for the Eagles to soar. M A T C H D A Y! #SoarSuperEagles #Team9jaStrong #NGASEY.”
