Moses Simon registered an assist for the only goal of the game as Nantes secure a slim 1-0 win against Dijon in Sunday’s Ligue 1 game at Stade de la Beaujoire.
Simon delivered a brilliant performance as the Canaries returned to winning ways following last Wednesday’s defeat to Paris Saint-Germain.
The game was destined to end in a draw until the 73rd minute when Simon threaded a pass to Ludovic Blas, who score the only goal of the game.
On-loan from Levante, the winger also struck four shots in the match, with one hitting the target and had an 85% successful pass rate.
The Super Eagles star, who made his 14th league appearance for Christian Gourcuff’s men, was on from start to finish.
Simon has five goals across all competitions this season, and will hope to help his side continue their impressive form when they take on Nimes on December 14.
