Terem Moffi closed out his 2023 Ligue 1 campaign with a goal as OGC Nice secured a 3-1 final day of the season victory against Olympique Lyonnais, on Saturday.

Moffi scored his side’s third goal just past the half hour mark, to take his tally to 18 goals and 3 assists in the League.

The Nigerian had set a target of 25 goals this season, but fell short by four goals, given he also had three goals and 1 assist in the UEFA Europa Conference League.

However, OGC Nice missed out on European football next season as they could only manage a 9th place finish in the Ligue 1 – two points behind Lyon.
