Free agent Mikel Agu has signed for Japanese J1 League side Shonan Bellmare on a two-year deal.
Agu, 29, moved to Asia for the first time in his professional career after 12 years in Europe.
He last featured for Fuenlabrada in the lower rungs of Spanish football after one too many injury spells.
Speaking on the move Agu said,”I am delighted to have signed with this wonderful club. My biggest aim is to help the team reach their goals for the season.”
