Kelechi Iheanacho continues to carry on his goal scoring streak as he made it four in four of his most recent Championship matches for Leicester City.

Iheanacho had been named on the bench by Leicester City boss, Enzo Maresca after the player returned from international duty, with news of a tragedy back home.

He left the Super Eagles camp, but returned to England and was named in the matchday squad.

The 27 year-old, however, returned to the bench – has only started once in his last four matches for the Foxes.

However, the Forward did not disappoint and three minutes after his introduction, he found the back of the net to extend Leicester’s lead by two in South Wales.

The league leaders had gone behind against Swansea, in the 20th minute (Matt Grimes), but managed to level before the break (Jannik Vestergaard 44′) and turned it around completely in the 63rd minute (Issahaku Fatawu).

Iheanacho’s introduction so far this season has been the most impactful in the division, scoring four times off the bench.

Saturday’s goal is his fifth of the season, in 12 league appearances and it brings him to 9th in the top scorers’ chart.
