Wilfred Ndidi returned to Leicester City’s first team training four weeks since his last appearance for the club.

Ndidi missed four Premier League matches due to a hamstring injury early in October.

He had made eight, but was subbed off at half time in Leicester’s 4-0 home win over struggling Nottingham Forest.

This season the Midfielder form has been inconsistent, deployed also as a CB, but the big concern has been his fitness and recurring injury bouts.

In an Instagram post, Wednesday, the Club gave the latest update on the 25 year-old’s fitness.

“Wilf’s back on the training pitches as he continues his recovery from a hamstring injury.”

It’s uncertain that the Nigerian will get game time this weekend when the King Power Stadium hosts champions Manchester City.
