Lobi stars close to return the slots loss by NPFl – Mike idoko.


Lobi Stars who did qualify for the group stage of the Champions League after they eliminated Gor Mahia of Kenya on the away goals’ rule after aggregate scores stood at 3-3.

Lobi Stars have made it known ,they are aspiring  to become the second Nigerian club to win the CAF Champions League after Enyimba won in 2003 and 2004.

Speaking  to our source is the vice chairman of Lobi Stars Fc Mike Idoko.

We on the move to get four new players register  for the next group stage of the CAF Champions League next year.

We already on top gear plans  towards the competition both financially and otherwise.

Idoko who categorically said , we  want to strive hard to greatness as winners of the CAF Champions League just  Enyimba Fc of Aba did in the past.

Adequate technical preparations are already set to kick off execution after the Christmas break in other for us to achieve our aspirations as champions .

So far , we have registered 26 players for the group stage with additional four new players set join the team.
