Nigerian Peter Olayinka was outstanding in Slavia Prague goalless draw against Barcelona in a Champions League clash on Tuesday.
Though he didn’t score, but, Olayinka was a thorn in the side of Barcelona defenders with his physical presence and speed.
However, he had 86.4% passing accuracy and 41 touches to cap a good night.
Smicer told UEFA official website, ”Slavia fully deserved their point. They stood firm; there’s nothing to be ashamed of.
”It is a pity they did not take one of the chances. Olayinka was excellent, especially in the first half.”
Slavia Prague are up against Teplice in a league game this Sunday and the Super Eagles forward will be looking to add to his tally of six goals.
