Reports has urged Leicester City manager Brendan Rodgers not to cash in on Super Eagles attacker Kelechi Iheanacho ,despite the player’s poor form this season.
Iheanacho has struggled for game time this season and also failed to find the back of the net in the last six months, a situation many thought Leicester City won’t be happy about.
However, a report by Leicester City Mercury revealed that the talent of the Nigeria forward is yet to be utilized.
“He (Iheanacho) may be on a six-month goal drought but there is no indication that City has given up on Iheanacho, with Rodgers tasking himself with turning around the Nigerian’s fortunes.
There is talent there, City just needs to draw it out,” the report reads.
Iheanacho, has made 33 appearances so far this term and has scored goals with three assists.
