Kwara United appoints Biffo as Technical Adviser

Kwara United FC have announced the appointment of Coach Abdullahi Biffo as the new Technical Adviser of the first team.

The appointment, according to a release, is with immediate effect and all other coaches in the team remain in their positions.

It would be recalled that the former management, led by Prince Oladimeji Ladi Thompson had appointed Coaches Ashifat Sulaiman and Taofeek Babatunde as Chief Coach and Assistant Coach respectively.

Coach Biffo last coached Katsina United FC in the recently concluded NPFL season.

He was also worked with Niger Tornadoes and Abia Warriors.

In a chat with Biffo – a Kwara born – said he was delighted to return home after undergoing UEFA B license in UK in June.

“A lot of clubs wanted my signature but I settle down with Kwara United having fulfilled the stipulated conditions.

“United being my home club and the desire to help the club achieve its yearnings and aspirations having undergone UEFA B course.

“My immediate task is to lead the Harmony Boys through the Gold Cup pre-season competition which kicks off in Ilorin on Thursday. It is a platform the team is using to finalize its screening and get in shape ahead of the coming season.”
