Abia warriors coach, Erasmus Onu has expressed optimism about his club’s chances at claiming maximum points against champions, Rivers United, in their rescheduled NPFL match.
Amateur side Ahudiya FC beat Abia Warriors in their Federation Cup tie on Tuesday, but, Onu is now looking to correct their errors when they return to the NPFL.
Onu is confident that the team can brush the defeat aside and get maximum points against Rivers United.
“We look forward to finishing the first stanza on a winning note,” the Abia Warriors Coach said.
“We have put the defeat in the Federation Cup behind us and ready for the game against Rivers United.”
