Katsina United head Coach Henry Makinwa has thumbs up officiating this league season and described it as an improvement.
Makinwa said the results posted by teams in the NPFL, this season, has shown that teams can play and win anywhere knowing that officiating will be fair irrespective of venue.
He told www.brila.net that the outcomes of games so far and fairness exhibited by the referees will help produce a genuine league winner.
“We’ve witnessed a lot of changes in the NPFL. Now it’s easier for a tiny budget club to win away, this is absolutely improvement in our league.
“We hope this continue to the last day of the league so that we can produce the real champion. It’s been exciting and I think everybody is happy about that.”
