Super Eagles winger Samuel Kalu scored the only goal for his French side Bordeaux in their 3-1 loss to Galatasaray in Sunday’s pre-season game.

Ryan Babel, Atalay Babacan and Adem Buyuk had given the Super Lig champions a 3-0 lead before the Nigerian scored a consolation goal in the 73rd minute.

Kalu was part of the Eagles team at the 2019 Africa Cup Of Nations in Egypt, he was restricted to just one game in Egypt due to his initial health state.

His compatriot Henry Onyekuru did not feature for Galatasaray as the 22 year old was given additional holiday after his marriage on Saturday.
