Former Super Eagles forward, Julius Aghahowa, has revealed the secret behind his fitness and youthful look.
Aghahowa, 40, told FL he eats just once day and has maintained the same fitness regime as he had from his playing days.
He also revealed that he eats fish and never takes heavy food including rice and disclosed he never eats before drinking alcohol, he also drinks tea and eats fruits.
The former Esperance and Shakhtar Donetsk front man revealed that he does not really get hungry as it has become more of a strict discipline, so that he could maintain fitness and a fresh youthful look.
