Midfielder John Ebuka scored a hat-trick in the 3-1 victory against Al Masry to ensure ENPPI finish in the top 10 of the Egypt Premier League.
Ebuka netted in the 38th, 72nd (P) and 76th minutes to give his team a 3-0 lead in the game before the hosts scored a consolation in the minute of addition time.
It brought the Nigerian’s goal tally in the PL to 10 goals after 32 appearances.
Meanwhile, victory moved Helmi Toulan’s men to sixth on the table, but they narrowly miss out on a Continental spot.
But there’s still hope of a silverware for the 24 year-old Nigerian and his teammates in the Egypt Cup.
ENNIP have reached the round of 16 and will face holders Al Ahly on a yet to be decided date.
