Alex Iwobi is on course to make his debut for Everton after moving from Arsenal on transfer deadline.

Iwobi, 23, did not feature against Leicester in the Toffees’ opening game, with manager Marco Silva saying the time was short and the player needed rest.

The 2019 AFCON bronze medal winner could form a formidable attack with new signing Moise Kean and Toffees’ whizkid Richarlison.

Meanwhile, Iwobi’s compatriot Isaac Success is expected to make Watford’s matchday squad; he was a substitute in the Hornets’ opening day 3-0 loss to Brighton.

Success was not in Nigeria’s 2019 AFCON squad and will hope to force his way back into Gernot Rohr’s plans.

The PL clash is scheduled for Saturday August 16, 2019 at Goodison Park and will kick-off at 3pm, Nigerian time.
