Former Nigerian forward, Peter Ijeh has suggested that the NFF made a mistake by hiring current Super Eagles coach, Jose Peseiro.
The one-cap former Eagles striker, said there are indigenous coaches in the country, with similar qualifications and pedigree, who can do as much as Peseiro has managed so far.
Ijeh made this known in a chat with FL, after Nigeria’s 2-1 defeat to Algeria in a friendly on Tuesday.
Jose Peseiro is now winless in all of the friendly matches he has overseen as Super Eagles head Coach.
