Kano Pillars coach Ibrahim Musa reveals that his target is to win more matches on the road to recover all points they lost at home at the start of the season.
The Sai Masu Gida had previously played three games at home this season without a win as they only managed two draws.
They, however, started their resurgence with an away draw at table toppers Plateau United in a week six clash before going onto beat Akwa Starlets in Uyo in a rescheduled week two fixture to pick up their first win of the season.
They followed that up with a 6-1 bashing of visiting Delta Force in their match-day 7 encounter played at the Sani Abacha stadium in Kano.
Musa revealed that Pillars have survived their difficult times in the season and would continue to push for more away wins.
“We are not taking our legs off the pedal. We shall continue to push for away victories. I am confident that more victories will come for us on the road.”
“I believe that before week 10, we would be among the top three teams. This is our target and we shall work towards it,” he concluded.
