The former goalkeeper of Sunshine Stars, who last kept for the promise keeper in the match against Nassarawa United in lafia, was simply a touch notch on his return to the goalposts in the away victory of Akwa United in omoku against Go Round.

Speaking exclusively to www.footballlive.ng, i give God the glory for keeping a clean sheet against Go Round Fc and we also went ahead to picked the maximum points which are good for our aspiration to qualify for the super six.
It was a difficult moment for me as a keeper, when the playing was not coming forth for me, as a goalkeeper i love to be in the field of play, which i am used to right from my days in Giwa Fc of Jos to Sunshine of Akure, and in Akwa United.
I’m happy we are getting desired the results, even when I’m not keeping that is my utmost joy.
Anytime i am called upon to mount the post, i am always ready to do so, i am not surprised when i was asked to be in goal, it is my job and i should be ready to keep anytime I’m asked to be in goal.
I dedicate the away victory to my wife who stood by me during my gloomy time at the club.
