New Super Eagles invitee, Bruno Onyemaechi described the excitement of getting his debut national team call up and his goal for the future.
The 23 year-old Boavista defender revealed that coach Jose Peseiro initially communicated with his club, and shared his happiness as Boavista obliged the call up.
He further explained that the club then informed his agent who took care of other arrangements.
Onyemaechi said he hopes to achieve success with the Super Eagles and to keep a place in the team.
On his preferred position, the defender revealed that he likes to play as a left wing-back, Left back and at times, he likes to play as a Center back.
Bruno revealed that he looks up to former Manchester United left back, Patrice Evra, as his role model.
He said he has been a lifelong Manchester United fan and had watched the Frenchman for a long time.
The new Super Eagles invitee said he started out his career as an outright winger, and even played as one for some time at Feirense, however, his coach saw that he could offer more as a left wing-back before his move to Boavista.
