Head Coach of Nigeria U20 MNT, the Flying Eagles, Ladan Bosso has expressed satisfaction with the win against the Dominican Republic in their first game of the FIFA U20 World Cup.

Bosso also acknowledged that although they got the victory the performance could use some improvements ahead of Wednesday’s encounter against Italy U20.

“I feel glad, I feel happy because that is what we are expecting. We had a target for ourselves that at least we must come back with three points (against Dominican Republic) and we got it,” said the Coach.

“The three-point is already in our pocket and we hope to put up a better performance against Italy than what we did against The Dominican Republic in the last match.”
