Godwin Saviour welcomed the run out against Algeria in the test game on Friday and his first game for the Super Eagles.
Godwin said the match was an opportunity for the coach to tweak his system and for the players to be in tune.
The test match against Algeria B ended 2-2, with the main team lined up for an international friendly on September 27, in Oran.
‘The Coach drilled us to have a positive mindset and attack games with a winning attitude,’ the Forward said.
‘Mentally, we were prepared to take on Algeria, but also there were challenges and the game ended as it did.’
