Super Eagles coach Gernot Rohr has said the team is set for one more push to try and win a medal at the 2019 AFCON.
Nigeria lost 2-1 in the semi-final against Algeria and will play Tunisia in the third place play-off on Wednesday.
In a chat with footballlive.ng Rohr said team wasn’t going to give up on the task and assured the players will give their all to win the Bronze medal.
Despite the disappointment of failing to reach the final, the 66 year-old said stressed that there were positives for Nigeria to take from the team’s campaign in Egypt.
“The tournament is not finished yet, it’s still one little final to play, unfortunately, it’s not a big final but despite the disappointment, there are a lot of positive things and our team fought very well.
“They did well against the champions, beat South Africa that beat Egypt and even against Algeria.”
