Kevin Akpoguma came off the bench in the second half for Hoffenheim in the draw away at the RheinEnergieStadion against FC Koln on Sunday.
Akpoguma was introduced in a tactical change by André Breitenreiter, and the Nigerian was deployed as LCB in the Bundesliga match.
The 27 year-old did enough to keep the line firm, with the sides tied at 1-1 after the first half.
He made 4 tackles, 3 clearances and 1 block from 67 touches on the ball.
So far this season the Nigeria International has made 10 appearances, 6 times as a starter.
Meanwhile, his form has been very much decent as has been Hoffenheim’s campaign as they maintain 7th position on the standings from 12 round of matches.
