Former Super Falcons Goalkeeper Precious Dede has teamed up with her former boss, Thomas Dennerby in India with the U-17 Women’s team.
Dede, who was capped 99 times for Nigeria, joined Dennerby’s backroom staff as goalkeeper trainer until the Swede quit his role in October.
She was a member of the Coaching crew to the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup.
News emerged on Tuesday that the 39 year-old is back on the job with Dennerby, who was recently named head Coach of the Indian U17 Women’s team.
She signed a one-year deal with the All Indian Football Federation (AIFF) ahead of the 2020 FIFA Women U-17 World Cup, that’ll be hosted by the Asian Country.
The former Bayelsa Queens and Delta Queens star replaces former Indian national team goalkeeper Shaikh Mohammed Qadeer.
