Nigeria’s group D opponent at the ongoing FIFA Under-23 World Cup, Brazil, have received a boost following the return of Kaua Santos for Saturday’s game.

Santos is back in contention to face Nigeria after he had missed both of Brazil’s games against Italy and the Dominican Republic because he was under FIFA suspension for two matches.

The Seleção Sub-20 missed the presence of the Flamengo goalkeeper, as they got beaten by Italy in the very first match of their campaign at the World Cup.

At the Estadio Unico Diego Maradona in La Plata, Argentina, on Saturday, Brazil will play Nigeria in their last group match.

Ramon Menezes’ team will need a win against the Flying Eagles to advance to the Round of 16.
