The goal against Manchester United made it 3 games in a row where the Nigerian has either scored or assisted for Everton and his form has convinced the Everton hierarchy to open contract extension talks with the Midfielder.
Everton are keen to tie Iwobi down to a long-term deal as reward for his performances.
His current deal is worth around £ 90,000 a week and runs until the summer of 2024.
