Nigerian midfielder powerhouse Oghenekaro Etebo and his Stoke City teammates finally win a Championship game after failing to do since April.
Stoke who are currently at the bottom of the of the 11 weeks English Championship produced a spirited efforts to beat Swansea City at the Liberty Stadium on Saturday.
Etebo was not on target but the Nigerians who played 90 minutes action for the Potters immensely as the clubs won in style and ended their bad run of form.
Stoke fell in the first minute of the match as Ghanaian international André Ayew put Swansea City ahead.
Etebo and his teammates rallied round and got back into the game and equalised in the 22nd before finding the winner in stoppage time , thanks to Sam Clucas and Scott Hogan’s strike respectively.
Stock City will look to sustain the momentum when they welcome Fulham to bet 365 stadium next Saturday.
