Super Eagles Midfielder Etebo Oghenekaro returned to action for his English Championship side, Stoke City, in a 2-2 home draw against Derby County.
It was Etebo’s first game for the Potters after an extended holiday owing to his involvement in Nigeria’s 2019 AFCON campaign in Egypt.
He played every minute as the Super Eagles won Bronze in the competition.
On Saturday, Etebo replaced Sam Clucas in the 87th minute for his first game, having missed last weekend’s game.
Martyn Waghorn scored a brace for Derby County, while Liam Lindsay and Scott Hogan were the scorers for Stoke.
