Enyimba assistant Coach, Yemi Olanrewaju has revealed that the club are not looking to bringing in many players into the squad.

Olanrewaju said only about two or three more additions would be enough for the team to perform in the CAF Champions League next year.

In a chat with Brila.net, the coach stated that the team would likely bring in two or three quality players to add to the squad, but the current squad are good enough and have the quality to prosecute the coming season.

“We are league champions, you won’t expect an overall change in the team. We scored the highest number of goals last season and were one of the teams with the least number of goals conceded too and that shows the strength of our team.

“Even during the Super Six, I doubt if any team created more chances than we did, so don’t expect too many changes in our squad.

“Yes, we want to beef up the squad with two to three more quality players that can add value to the team, but, for us it is not really about changing the whole squad.

“We want to take our time to focus, these guys are good players and they can play at any level, we have trust in our players and we are good.”
