Enugu Rangers Midfielder, Kelvin Itoya says he can’t wait to taste league football action again.
Itoya helped Rangers pick up a CAF Confederation Cup ticket last season, as the club finished third in the NPFL.
In a chat with footballlive.ng the midfielder revealed he fighting fit after a recent injury setback, but he’s really anticipating the next challenge.
“I got Injured while training recently, but I’m back, very strong and ready for the next challenge.”
The former Warri Wolves player spurred the Flying Antelopes to a historic comeback against Kano Pillars in the 2018 AITEO Cup final when he scored a 30-yarder.
His goal gave way for two more and Rangers eventually win on penalties, that year he was voted the NPFL player of the season.
