Former Super Eagles FW, Emmanuel Emenike has showered praises on Napoli hotshot, Victor Osimhen and urged him choose a big market should a Summer transfer happen.

Osimhen, 24, scored twice as the Super Eagles sealed their qualification to the Africa Cup of Nations next year in Ivory Coast, with a 3-2 victory against Sierra Leone.

Emmanuel Emenike, who led the attack in Nigeria’s the triumphant 2013 Cup of Nations campaign, described Osimhen as a strong and confident Goal poacher.

“He’s a good player and a fighter too. A very strong Player that doesn’t give up. He should be protected; by his teammates, Coaches and even the referees too, but he shouldn’t get big headed about it,” Emenike said on Brila FM’s Breakfast Show “No Holds Barred”.

The former West Ham Striker also stated that Osimhen needs to move to a bigger club and insists his achievements in Belgium, France and Italy means he’s a proven article.

“My advise for him is to move to a bigger club, he needs to move from Napoli now as no one knows tomorrow. Now is the right time for him to move. We need him to be at one of the best European clubs.”
