Former Monaco of France defender, Elderson Echiejile has joined the array of Nigerian sports stars celebrating birthday’s for their children, as the left-back marked his son’s special moment on Tuesday.
Footballlive.ng reports that Echiejile, who is currently in HJK Helsinki of Finland, in search of a contract, after losing out at Monaco, took his mind off football matters for a while, in order to hype his son’s day.
The former Insurance FC of Benin City star, who has seen action with clubs in France, Portugal, Spain, France, Turkey and Belgium, took to social media to celebrate his son’s first birthday in style.
The Africa Cup of Nations 2013 winner, who missed out on the 2014 World Cup in Brazil due to injury, added a prayer for better days ahead of his son and more blessings for the kid from God.
