Tyronne Ebuehi is fit and ready for the new season, as he made the bench in Benfica’s 5-0 win over Sporting CP in the Supertaça Cândido de Oliveira match on Sunday.
Ebuehi missed all of last season with a knee injury – that kept him out for 355 days – but he has since returned to action with the club.
The Nigeria International got minutes under his belt in pre-season, coming off the bench against AC Milan and Mexican side Guadalajara.

On Sunday however, he was an unused substitute as the Primeira Liga champions added the 2019 Super Cup to their trophy collection.

Ebuehi can now look forward to getting his career back on track after picking up his first silverware with the Eagles.
