Kelechi Iheanacho was voted man of the match by Leicester City’s fans following his brilliant display in Sunday’s 2-1 Premier League home win against Everton.

Iheanacho was a second half substitute (62′), thrown into the fray with Leicester trailing 1-0, after Richarlison put the visitors ahead.

The Nigerian proved to be an instant impact for Brendan Rodgers’ men, providing an assist  before he grabbed a late winner late in addition time (90+4′).

In what was only his first league appearance of the season, the Forward, ended a goal drought that spanned over a year.

After the game the fans voted overwhelmingly for the Forward as the MOTM, with 72% of the votes cast.

Jamie Vardy and Wilfred Ndidi came in second and third respectively with 16% and 7% of the votes.

He was also voted officially as the Premier League man of the match.
