Super Eagles team coordinator Patrick Pascal said Nigerians don’t have a choice than to support the national team in times like these; after losing 2-1 against Algeria in the AFCON 2019 semi-final.

Pascal told footballlive.ng that, Nigerians shouldn’t ‘wail much on this team’ stating, this is a team that had missed out on two occasions of the Afcon competition.

“we need to check this well, we missed two Afcon before coming here in Egypt, and you entered the semi finals and find yourself in the last four, that is a great achievement.

“There’s no other option than to support this team because no one will come elsewhere to do it, or we go out to support another country, we should give them support at this point in time,” Pascal concluded.

The Super eagles after the loss against Algerian will now face another North African side, Tunisia, on Wednesday.
