Shooting Stars are reportedly close to signing former Remo Stars midfielder Dayo Ojo.

Ojo, 28, ran down his contract with Remo Stars last season and has since become a Free Agent.

The Midfielder helped the Ikenne-based club secure a CAF Champions League spot in the just concluded Nigeria Premier League season.

Meanwhile FL gathered that Remo Stars offered the former Super Eagles player an improved deal, however, the negotiations have yielded little progress.

Dayo Ojo is undecided on his future at the moment, but will fancy joining the Shooting Stars project.
