Cremonese Sporting director, Simone Jacket, has given reasons why the forward’s transfer to Glasgow Rangers is yet to materialize.

Dessers, 28, is the subject of a Summer transfer interest from Rangers, but Jacket states the clubs are yet to reach an agreement on the fee.

“There is a negotiation under way with Rangers, but at the moment everything is still because we are waiting for them to formulate the new proposal,” Simone said to SportItalia.

Dessers is valued by Cremonese to be in the region of £7 million.
