Clean Up Super Falcons – Olowookere

Nigeria U17 WNT head Coach, Bankole Olowookere has noted that the Super Falcons must maintain a high-level concentration when they kick off their World Cup campaign against Canada.

Olowookere suggested that the team and its entire crew must filter out the bad energies surrounding the team.

Recall that the Super Falcons’ World Cup campaign has been riddled with controversy, first with head coach Randy Waldrum’s explosive interview and the NFF rebuttals, as well as the rumored protest action over bonuses.

While it seems all has simmered, at the moment, Bankole Olowookere, who won bronze at the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup in India last year, has opined that the backroom staff also have a responsibility in making sure the team performs well and beyond expectations.

The Super Falcons will play against Canada in their opening group B game, and hope to take maximum points from the Olympic champions.
