Chidera Ejuke drops another dime in CSKA Moscow away win at Rostov


Chidera Ejuke is settling well at CSKA Moscow in his second season, the Winger picked up an assist in the team’s latest league victory.

CSKA Moscow travelled to Southern part of the Country where they battled FK Rostov and emerged 3-1 winners, Ejuke with the assist for the team’s second goal.
The visitors had shot ahead in the opening eight minutes through Jaka Bijol before Fedor Chalov doubled their lead twenty-seven minutes later and went into the break two goals up.
After the resumption of the second-half FK Rostov, not looking to go out without a fight, halved the deficit.
Danil Glebov (53′) pulled one back for the hosts, however in their search for a second and the leveler, they paid for it.
Konstantin Maradishvili scored late, an 89th minute winner to take the game beyond their hosts.
Meanwhile, Ejuke played for just over an hour, but, had impacted the game. He completed the most successful dribbles (5), registered two shots on goal and completed 32 passes.
CSKA Moscow have so far picked up two wins from four games and are in mid-table after four round of games in the Russian Premier League.
