The B Eagles lost 2-0 in the first leg of the tie at the Coast Coast stadium, a Daniel Barnieh (50′) penalty and Seidu Suraj’s (84′) goal secured a comfortable win for Ghana.

‘Football is a game of 90 minutes and we must look to over turn the two goals we conceded,’ Salisu Yusuf said after the game.
‘The team needs to work even harder than we did in the short time we had to prepare for this game. We have to turn things around in Abuja.’
