In a bid to revamp the awards and trophies ahead of 2023 competitions, the Confederation of African Football (CAF) has invited design companies to submit proposals for a befitting new look on the 11 categories of their major awards and trophies.
CAF announced a complete overhaul of the award system, trophies and even medals including the age grade competitions, Futsal and Beach football.
The Football governing body also noted that the designs must meet specifications, including having a unisex design to align male and female football, medium height and weight and must be in tandem with modern design.
