Plateau United manager, Fidelis Ilechukwu has his sights set on victory in the preliminary round second leg game against Stade Mandji.
Despite getting two goals away from home but settling for a draw, Ilechukwu insists his team has to be ready and would go all out to make the most of the return leg.
The gaffer said they won’t write off Stade Mandji despite going into the second leg on Sunday with the advantage, having scored two goals away from home.
Speaking further with FL, Ilechukwu also maintained that both sides have equal chances to progress to the next round, and that they know the importance of the game, the challenges, their strength and efficiency.
Ahead this weekend’s action, Fidelis Ilechukwu stressed that the team is ready, prepared and fully focused on the match, “knowing it is a must win game.”
