Nigeria’s sole CAF Confederations Cup campaigners Enugu Rangers have been scheduled to depart the shores of Nigeria for Burkina Faso on Friday ahead of their match-day five group stage fixture against bottom place Salitas FC on Sunday 10th of March.
The Flying Antelopes are desperate for a win when they file out against Salitas, which will see them get back in contention and a chance to qualify for the quarter-final of the competition after suffering back to back losses in the hands of Tunisian side Etoile du Sahel.
The Confederation of African Football has appointed Morrocan referee, Noureddine El – Jaafari to take charge of the game between Salitas and Enugu Rangers scheduled for Sunday, March 10 at the Stade du 4 Aout by 5 pm Nigerian time.
Players of Enugu Rangers have vowed to get the win against Salitas who is yet to win a game in the group. In the other game, CS Sfaxien will play top team Etoile du Sahel who it defeated in the opening game of the group stage.
