Brown Ideye was on scoresheet for his Club Aris Thessaloniki in their defeat to OFI Crete in Saturday’s Greek super League game.
The game ended 3-1 in the favor of the home side , but Ideye was the stand out player for his side in the encounter.
The former West Bromwich Albion Nigerian striker put the visitors ahead I the 12th minutes with a superb finish from close range, but OFI Crete later turned the game around completely.
Ricardo Vaz made it 1 – 1 on half hour mark, before further two goal in three minutes from Felipe Ferreyra and Joao Figueiredo in the 71st 73rd minutes condemned Ideye and teammates to painful defeat.
