Brendan Rodgers has no Regrets dropping Ndidi to the bench against Arsenal

Leicester City manager Brendan Rodgers says he has no regrets dropping Wilfred Ndidi from the starting XI in the 2-0 loss to Arsenal.

Ndidi, who had started in 18 of the 21 league appearances this season, was one of a couple of first team regulars who didn’t feature at the Emirates.
The Nigerian was brought on in the second half with his side already trailing 2-0 courtesy goals from Ghana’s Thomas Partey and Arsenal captain Alexandre Lacazette.
Speaking on his selection, Rodgers pointed that the desire to play European football next season has taken priority at the KingPower hence his decision.
Leicester are currently 12th and way off European contention via the league route.
The Foxes were roundly beaten by Arsenal, who themselves are chasing a spot in the UEFA Champions League for next season.
