Cardiff City bounced back from last weekend’s defeat in the English Championship with a resounding 4-0 victory over Huddersfield on Tuesday night.

The Bluebirds manager, Erol Bulut named Jamilu Collins in the starting XI and he was among nine players who retained their places from the defeat at Blackburn.

Collins played the entire duration on Tuesday night at the John Smith’s Stadium and had an almost perfect defensive performance, but for the yellow card he bagged.

The 29 year-old has seemingly settled in well this term after the disastrous season-ending injury which he suffered last term.

Next up for Cardiff, they return home to the City Stadium for Saturday’s league match against Bristol City.
