Ademola Lookman played the entire 90 minutes of Thursday’s Europa League match between Atalanta and Sporting CP at the Estadio Jose Alvalade.

Lookman, who had made eight appearances in all competitions prior, was one of Atalanta’s better players on the night.

The winger played the entire duration of a game for first time this season, but despite failing to get a goal, Lookman was a constant threat in the opposition’s box.

He registered 5 shots, the most by any player on the pitch – the closest was 3 shots.

In addition, he had 80 touches – ranked 1st in the game. He completed 5 dribbles, completed 62 passes, 1 tackle and 1 block.

On the day though, the biggest impacts were made by Giorgio Scalvini and Matteo Ruggeri who scored Atalanta’s goals in the 33rd and 43rd minutes respectively.

The hosts pulled one back in he 76th minute when Viktor Gyokeres converted from the spot, but it wasn’t enough and the Italian side held on for the victory.
