Victor Boniface scored his fifth goal of the UEFA Champions League qualifying rounds to guide Bodo/Glimt into the next round.
Boniface was one of six goalscorers against Linfield in the 8-0 trouncing of the Northern Ireland, on Wednesday.
The Nigerian forward netted the second of Glimt’s four goals in a very dominant first half, where the Norwegian side dictated.
Linfield did not register a shot in all 90 minutes and were completely outplayed in a comfortable second half.
Marching into the third qualifying round with a 8-1 aggregate win, the Norwegian champions will face FK Zalgiris at home on August 3 and August 9 in the return leg.
